Where are your pieces manufactured?
At Agbokim, we're proud to tell our customers that our statement pieces are beautifully handcrafted in China and our fire t-shirts are made our our Los Angeles Studio. We proudly collaborate with skilled artisans in China and the U.S to bring our bold vision to life.
Do you offer custom or personalized pieces?
We are honoured to be part of your most meaningful moments. While our collections are thoughtfully designed and limited in production, at this current time we are not offering this service.
What materials do you use in your jewellery?
Our pieces are crafted using high-quality materials such as 18K gold plating, sterling silver, and Moissanite diamond stones. Each design is made with meticulous attention to detail and intended to be treasured for years to come.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities to preserve exclusivity. Once an item is sold out, it may not return. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following us on Instagram for early access to upcoming drops.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. All orders arrive in our signature premium packaging, perfect for gifting or safekeeping. If your purchase is a gift, you may include a complimentary message at checkout.
Do you offer repairs?
We stand by the quality of our pieces. If your item requires repair, please contact us at support@agbokim.com with details and photos. Our team will assess and advise next steps. Please note that repair services may incur a fee depending on the issue and timeframe since purchase.
What is Sorona?
Our t-shirts are crafted from 73.31% cotton and 26.69% Sorona® fiber—partly sourced from renewable, plant-based materials. It offers exceptional softness, durability, breathability, quick drying, and a cooling effect for lasting comfort. With a relaxed drop-shoulder design and DTG printing support, it’s a stylish, eco-friendly everyday choice.
How to care of our t-shirts?
To preserve the quality of the design, avoid placing the iron directly on the printed area. Additionally, due to variations in screen settings, the actual colour of the t-shirt may differ slightly from what you see on your device.
